Target questions:

Q1. Outline your leadership skills and experience in managing a team that has improved systems and impact, in either a construction, health or other large or complex organisation.

Q2. Provide an example of when you have led a response to successfully implement and communicate a major sustainability policy or legislative change. What processes and resources did you use/change, and how did you achieve the desired outcome?

Q3.  Provide an example of when you have managed and influenced a wide range of key stakeholders to achieve an outcome.
