What you'll be doing
Provide high-quality clinical advice and care as part of a multidisciplinary team to patients/clients and their families/carers to ensure patients are well managed an optimal health care needs are met.
- Demonstrated experience related to the attached position specific task list.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of physiotherapy assessment and intervention in inpatient and outpatient settings with the ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
