What you'll be doing
The Digital Health Lead is responsible for utilising clinical capabilities, insight, expertise and experience to provide authoritative advice and develop strategies to support the design and implementation of digital health solutions. This includes managing partnerships, effective engagement and collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders including project and clinical staff, managers and leadership teams to manage the risk, quality and progress of digital programs in line with organisational standards, to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards and within the agreed scope.
About the Single Digital Patient Record program
NSW Health has established a Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) which will provide a secure, holistic and integrated view of the care a patient receives across the NSW Health system.
The SDPR program will transform how people experience and deliver care across the state, providing benefits for the people of NSW and the NSW Health workforce regardless of their location and role.
It will bring the state healthcare system together, unifying access to patient clinical information in one view. This will help to provide connected, transparent and safe care for any person at any public healthcare setting statewide. All NSW Health care teams and clinicians, no matter where they work, will securely access the same information about a patient in real time from one source.
