What will you be doing

In this role you will be required to provide evidence-based nursing care which considers the needs of the patient, families and carers, and in collaboration with them to achieve desired outcomes. This will include managing clinical situations in a hospital or community health setting by facilitating nursing care that aligns with the professional and ethical responsibilities of registered nurse practice.

The role requires nurses to work 7-day rotating shifts (days, evenings and nights) and may include working in more than one clinical area across the year. The Metro/Rural Exchange program require nurses to fully relocate once during the graduate year.
