- Tertiary or trade-based qualifications and/or extensive past experience in the management of maintenance works on assets and management of trade based work teams.
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of health care facility asset management and maintenance.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a dynamic and multi-trade team.
- Demonstrated planning, project management, analytical and conceptual skills.
- Knowledge & understanding of technical and legislative requirements for the physical management of assets, equipment and systems of health care facilities.
- Demonstrated record of significant achievements in a management role.
- Demonstrated ability to promote, implement and monitor EEO, OH&S and quality improvement principles and practices.
- Current NSW Class C driver’s licence.
