1. Excellent verbal communication skills in providing technical instructions, advising and consulting over the phone.
2. Demonstrated ability in documenting technical investigations and outcomes accurately and concisely, including prior experience with updating technical contents using standard templates.
3. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Be able to manage self to deadlines.
4. Demonstrated ability to deal with issues effectively under pressure and in handling, resolving and escalating matters in crisis situations.
5. Demonstrated ability in handling difficult customer interactions over the phone and problem-solving while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Demonstrated knowledge in using and supporting ICT in a professional call centre environment, this includes demonstrated ability in using enterprise ICT products and experience in supporting NSW Health applications.
